WELCOME TO NBHA COLORADO DISTRICT 05

Our district covers the counties of  Summit, Grand, Lake, Park, Chaffee, Jackson, Gilpin, Clear Creek, and Pitkin.  Those of  you outside this area that are interested in joining us you can still be part of the excitement of  our great district.  We start our season in late spring (May) and typically run through early fall ( September or early October).  NBHA is a national leader in Barrel Racing, covering all of the United States,  Panama, Canada, Italy, and France!! NBHA is a 4D format, so it does not matter if you are new to barrel racing or a seasoned veteran, you can compete and be successful.  District five gives awards in all four D's in each age group through fifth place.  So don't delay come alive in district 5 today!!!  

If you are a returning member make sure you membership is current, and if you are not a member contact me about becoming a member.  Memberships are also available through the national website, www.nbha.com .  

Thank You to  everyone who attended our year end awards banquet. We had a great time.  I can't wait until season starts again.  Thank You Mt. Princeton for such an excellent meal and accomodations.  Thank You to the members and sponsors for an  outstanding season.
